Job description
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for your own clients. You build strong relationships and ensure that customers get the most out of our software. You work closely with our service teams and proactively pick up the phone to resolve issues before they arise. Additionally:
- You smoothly collaborate with different departments to address customer queries and challenges.
- You ensure that customers are completely satisfied with our software and our services.
- You identify opportunities for improvements and growth for your clients.
- You advise clients on how to optimize their recruitment processes.

Our office is located in Houten and we have been part of the Mysolution Group since 2021. Since 2001, we have held a prominent position in the recruitment industry. With our SaaS solution, we streamline communication between employers, recruiters, and candidates. With OTYS Go!, we offer a powerful tool that helps companies manage job vacancies, source and screen candidates, schedule appointments, and monitor the progress of the recruitment process. We also provide a CRM solution for relationship management, a mobile app for managing the recruitment process on the go, and other integrations with HR and recruitment tools.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in recruitment, for example as a recruiter or account manager.
- Affinity with software.
- Customer-oriented, energetic, and a love for collaboration.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English, in spoken and written form.
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and take initiative.
